  • Reading: War of the Spider Queen: Condemnation
  • Watching: I'm reliving the concert in my mind. <3<3
  • Playing: World of Warcraft-the Burning Crusade
  • Eating: Nothing.
  • Drinking: Milk. O_o
For those of you whom I did not inform, yesterday Lindsay, Melissa, Tracey, Darla, Ashleigh (not the one from Virginia, but I think she spells her name the same O_O) and I went to an amusement park in Louisiana for the BEST CONCERT EVER, and I got to see three of my favorite bands playing (Metro Station, Good Charlotte, and Boys Like Girls), plus one that I'd never actually heard before (The Maine). XD IT WAS SO FLIPPING AWESOME. Tracey and I ran around riding rides the whole day, and then, when the gates finally opened to let people in...well, I'm lazy, so I'll just repost the bulletin from myspace. :D

"Last night was the best night of my entire life, although I hate the security guards for not letting us stand on the sidewalk. >:|

First there was the Maine, and during their performance I discovered that I actually do know a few words to the chorus of one of their songs. XD I decided at the beginning of their part of the concert that I loved them, because of the following:
The Maine: "And later on we have Metro Station."
*Fangirls start screaming at the top of their lungs, Cassandra proudly among them. :D*
The Maine: "Those guys are sexy."

It was awesome. XD

After them was Metro Station, which was completely amazing. Trace Cyrus was so awesome, running around the stage as he did. :) Admittedly the only song I knew all the way through to the end was Shake It, but that's okay. XD

Then there was Good Charlotte. They had the best freaking performance out of everyone, you have no idea. Plus, they played like all my favorite songs by them, which obviously pleased me. :) They completely surpassed my expectations.

And the last to go where Boys Like Girls. Their performance wasn't as good as it could have been, due to the fact that the lead singer was in the hospital, but I knew most of the words to all the songs anyway, so it was all good. I still love them. :)"

I am so happy I went to it. :D IT WAS THE BEST NIGHT EVER.

Hardly XD I mean they've had jobs for a few years, which covers ticket prices pretty well enough XD

Hey I went to a concert just like that, last sunday! Except in Richmond. "Best Soundtrack of you summer tour" I think it was called. That's strange.
I went to the concert a little while ago. ._. I just never posted a new journal afterwards. XD
